Visitor management protocols are strictly enforced to track who enters and exits the premises, so only authorized individuals have access. Our home features well-maintained infrastructure such as proper lighting in common areas, non-slip flooring and handrails in bathrooms. Emergency response systems including fire alarms are readily accessible, and each resident is provided with a personal call device.
As a family member or friend, you play a vital role in your loved one's happiness and health. We cherish family visits and believe they are essential to our residents' well-being — which is why we don't need to know when you're coming during visiting hours. You're welcome to come by whenever it's convenient and as often as you'd like.
Visiting hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, and all visitors sign in at the welcome area on arrival. We kindly ask that visitors respect our quiet hours so all residents can enjoy a peaceful environment. For those who can't visit as often as they'd like, we're happy to arrange video chats, and we provide regular updates by text or email.
